SciFinder Scholar versus Google Scholar
As i just read from an email by Google Alert(!) the American Chemical Society takes legal action agains Google.
The use of the word "SCHOLAR" is -according to ACS- trademark infringement and unfair competition against their product SciFinder Scholar.
