A ever changing display of items, articles, tables of contents, medical news etc. If it has or can get an RSS-feed it can be displayed for everybody.
You can personalise it for yourself, for free, you can search it, view the sfx-menu that the University of Helsinki offers the users, download to RefWorks.

UPDATE: Clarivate Analytics Acquires Research Startup Kopernio to Accelerate Pace of Scientific Innovation I am currently testing 4 browser extensions in Chrome that can help me find the PDF i need.
